To make changes when it’s comes to the way you look and feel; you should have an idea of how much food you are eating each day.


But counting calories is a drag!

I think these methods are effective but I also believe that sometimes “less is more” when it comes to making consistent habit changes.


I’ve seen too many people give up and go back to eating the way they were before, because they felt overwhelmed on having to “do too much” when it comes to improving there current lifestyle.


All you need to find a good ballpark on your portions; is your hand.


Here how it works:

  • Your palm determines your Protein portions.

  • Your fist determines your Veggie portions.

  • Your cupped hand determines your Carb portions.

  • Your thumb determines your Fat portions.


Men can get away with two portions with each meal.
